Return Window
You have 30 calendar days from the date you receive your item to request a return. Return requests submitted after this period will not be accepted.
Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:
- The item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it
- The item must be in its original packaging
- The item must not show signs of wear, damage, or alteration
Return Scenarios
We distinguish between two types of return scenarios:

For both scenarios, we offer free returns. There is no restocking fee and no re-stocking fee of any kind.
How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please contact us at info@garnethiill.it.com with your order number and the reason for your return. We will provide you with a prepaid return shipping label and instructions on how to send your item back to us.
Please do not send items back to us without first obtaining a return authorization and a return shipping label. Returns sent without authorization may not be processed.

Refund Processing
Once we receive your returned item and verify that it meets our return eligibility criteria, we will process your refund within 1–2 business days.
The refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow 7–10 business days for the refund to appear on your bank or credit card statement, as processing times vary by financial institution.
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, please return your original purchase for a refund and place a new order separately.
Final Sale Items
All items are eligible for return within the 30-day window, provided they meet the eligibility criteria described above. We do not have a separate “final sale” category—every purchase comes with the same return guarantee.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at info@garnethiill.it.com with photos of the item and your order number. We will resolve the issue as quickly as possible and cover all return shipping costs.
Return Policy Notes
- Refunds are issued only after we have received and inspected the returned item.
- We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet our eligibility criteria.
- Return shipping labels are provided by Garnethiill at no cost to you.
- No re-stocking fees, re-stocking charges, or re-stocking costs of any kind will be deducted from your refund.
